OCTOBER WOODS

My dreamy woods again in full sunshine! October magic...

And then the woods open up to THIS view...!

STORMY

The weather has been stormy and very unsettled over the past few days, and we had some heavy rains too.

Once in a while, the sun says hello :)

But the first snow shows on the peaks!

SEPTEMBER MAGIC

My woods are truly magical this time of year...

The light is soft and the atmosphere dreamy...

... And this is the dreamy view I enjoyed!

SWEET SEPTEMBER

First signs of Autumn in the woods...

Autumn Crocus creates little colorful patches...

I'm fascinated by these old ruined houses and by the thought that life once thrived here...

Beautiful old stone walls... Some day archaeologists will find them buried under the thriving flora... like ancient Mayan ruins in the tropical forest...

LATE SUMMER

Hazelnuts have already been ripe for a while... Here some of my harvest, picked in the woods :)

REFRESHING WOODS

We are in the middle of a heatwave which is going to reach its peak between Sunday and Tuesday... Sweltering days, during which the green woods offer refreshing shade and a welcome breeze!
