Climbing to the sky…..

Hello my friends!

I know that I have written already about the short vacation we had in the forester village (two relevant posts Micro world... and Just Colors...) , but the feelings of that weekend and the memories are still "warm" in my mind and in my heart. It took as only a couple of days to relax and at the same time to feel the nature, to check our limits, to organize our mind. It was just perfect!

And one thing that I actually couldn't try , but I will next time, was climbing the wall! I do not know if this has a specific name, but I know that it was a great challenge for my friends that they tried it and managed to reach the top!

The procedure was the usual… wear specific armament, check the rope, be informed about the tactics you have to follow and get ready!

And yes it was a really huge challenge! I think that all the three of my friends told us later that it was an experience that they will definitely do it again in the future, that they reached their limits at some point and that when they got on the top they felt awesome!

Really, isn't this like life??? Every day we have new challenges and maybe problems to deal with. But if we are organized,  calm and always check our “equipment” , reaching the end is something that will always remember, a new experience and a great feeling! I love that feeling….

Just Colors....

Α week passed from the short trip we had with good friends and their families to a wonderful place into the trees and with an amazing view to the mountain. I really tried to create only one post for this place and the memorable times we had there, but it was impossible. So why bother? After all it is really beautiful to have great posts with gorgeous subjects in the blog...so I have decided to post a few...just to make sure that you will see what an amazing place it was....

so somewhere between Lamia city and Karpenisi city, in a small forester village....the colors are so many, so beautiful, so bright and bold at the same time...something that you will always remember....

We were lucky I guess that we have visited this place during Autumn...the colors of the trees, of the grass, of the leaves are simple amazing!

NEW MEDITERRANEO RING!

There we go! A new ring has joined my Mediterraneo collection! A gorgeous piece of beach pottery, collected by me on a beautiful beach in Rhodes. The original glaze shows an interesting dotted pattern, and I have highlighted it with acrylic paints.

In to the Ranch!!!

Hello my friends!!!

The weekend is almost here and it is a great opportunity to have a short excursion. I had this chance a couple of weeks ago in a small village almost an hour away from Athens called Sofiko in Peloponissos. We lived in a Ranch!!!! Yeap… a great experience!!! A good friend of mine was getting married and the happy couple decided to have the wedding party in this Ranch… I have to admit that it was something never lived before and it was really a great time!

The place was almost a copy-paste of the Ranches we have seen in the Western films! And I enjoyed it a lot!!!

The good thing was that this place had too much to do especially my princess and at the same time to see animals that unfortunately is difficult to find in big cities. I was really excited! We did a short round with a cute train, we have fed the animals, we walked in the forest, we smelled fresh air and we tasted an amazing breakfast!

My princess also had the chance to ride a horse… and she wasn't scared at all! She actually enjoyed it…

Now that Autumn is here this is a perfect place to spend a weekend that you will always remember. We will definitely visit it again!
