ok..I am not crazy...but I am really excited to have a wonderful friend in my blog, a fairy tale lady! I tried a lot to decide how to introduce Gia but it was really hard, since she is an amazing person, a very polite lady, a super talented artist, a mother with no free time (usual ha?) but with a great imagination and amazing creations! Creations that can be worn in different ways....What do I mean, you ask?  A romantic headband that can be transmuted to a gorgeous wrist cuff!

I made my first organza flower a few years ago and was instantly hooked. I haven't stopped making them since and today I remain as fascinated with making fabric flowers as that first day. Even though I've learnt a lot along the way through both experimentation as well as researching new and old flower making techniques the fact that you can manipulate a flat piece of fabric into a flower that can be as realistic or as surrealistic and stylized as you wish is still a source of wonder and joy to me.

I must admit a love for all shapes, sizes and types of fabric flowers and don't have favourites. I love the small ones and the big ones, the simple ones and the over-the-top ones, the bridal ones and the every day ones.

I also own and run OnePerfectDay on etsy, a shop with fabric accessories and bags. It is also a passion of mine but one that I will leave for another day, another giveaway perhaps.

Hello, I'm Soula from Craftysou!!!

I'm a mother of three wonderful boys. Since I remember myself I liked two things: Chemistry and making jewelry. I studied Chemistry but years later I decided to take a few metalsmith classes so I would be able to make my own metal jewelry. I like to work with metal and in my shop you will find pieces made of brass, copper and silver which I combine with gemstones.

My favourite piece of jewelry is rings, so you will find a variety of them in my shop. My latest passion is with square wire and I have created rings using that. I got my inspiration from geometry, nature, people around me.

I was familiar with Etsy.com long before I decided to open a shop there. I found lot of artists around the globe that I admire and I said to myself "why not share your work with other people too?" so I opened my shop!

Every time someone chooses an item from my shop I feel unique and I put my heart and soul into making it and make that person feeling unique too. No two items are exactly the same and that's the beauty of handmade!  I try to keep up with the current trends and I'm exploring new techniques as it comes to metalsmith.

Apart from metal and gemstones I like luxurious yarns and I like knitting so I added a few handmade scarves and yarn necklaces in my shop. When I work with metal it's kind of rough and it keeps my adrenaline high, so knitting takes the tension away and makes me relax!

wow..this year for me it was awesome regarding the give-aways  I have won so far a few and all of them had amazing gifts as rewards.

At a young age, I started feeling a deep admiration for arts and creative people. Over the years, I have tried many ways of artistic expression, such as drawing, dancing and acting.

I have always liked handmade jewelry, and last year I started creating some simple designs from my favorite material, polymer clay. My first designs were just for myself and my friends. After a year of experimenting, it became a huge part of my life, and now I love it! It is a unique feeling when I see friends wearing my creations. The feeling gets even better when I imagine my jewelry being worn by girls in Canada, USA, Australia and so many countries all over the world!
